It's the time of year when training gets a bit colder, the pitch is frozen and the wimps don't even bother turning up!
The set-up for training has now changed as well just to confuse those who don't pay attention;
19.40 - 21.00 - 4ths, 5ths, 6ths and 7ths
20.40 - 22.00 - 1sts, 2nds, 3rds and invited guests.
Be there and ready to start on time and keep out the way of the other session from yours.
Race night is on the 3rd November at Lockwood Park from 7.30pm in the Waterloo Suite
